For private dining at the Park Hotel, we are happy to tailor menus to individual requirements and to advise on accompanying wine selections.

The Deise Room is a spacious, elegant room, complete with full bar, dance floor and surround-sound system, The Deise Room hosts weddings, large corporate and fundraising events. It has a capacity for 300 guests seated.

The Moresby Room with its large windows and tasteful layout is a perfect setting for private dining, while the The Estuary Suite can accommodate 45 people and enjoys stunning views over the Colligan Estuary from its large bay window.

The Conservatory at the Park Hotel is a light-filled venue, ideal for small wedding parties, christenings or business meetings. It has a capacity to seat 70 people and with its conservatory-style ceiling, fresh floral displays and stunning views, it is a very popular venue for private dining.
